BKSoft Online Voting

When you agree to these Terms, you are also agreeing to our Privacy Policy which can be found here.

Users of our online platform are classified as "Owners," "Event Organizers," and/or "Participants." "Owners" refer to individuals or the 'BkSoft company' who create the voting setup. "Event Organizers" are individuals or organizations that use our services. "Participants" are those who vote by casting ballots ("Ballots"), typically using Mobile Money, Visa/Mastercard, or PayPal. Both the "Owners" and "Event Organizers" are required to sign a Service Agreement to set up an account.

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our online platform as a service, as agreed and signed by both parties on a separate Services Agreement.

Payment processing services are provided by Paystack (https://paystack.com) in Ghana and the terms and condition of those services will apply to the payments you make using them. Any personal information you provide to these payment providers will be processed in accordance with their privacy policies and not ours.

You are not eligible to use our Services if you are:

• A minor is defined as anyone under the age of 18. None of our Services are available to individuals under 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not legally able to enter into a contract with BkSoft, as the legal age to sign a contract in all states is 18 or older. A person under 18 is considered a minor and is not permitted to sign a contract.
• A robot or using a program. Any access to or use of our Services through automated methods such as programmatic, robotic, scripted, or any other means not expressly provided as part of our Services is strictly prohibited.

Keep your password secure. If you have an account with BkSoft, you're responsible for safeguarding your password and credentials. You are liable for any activity in your account, whether authorized or not. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify Castvote immediately. Accounts are for individual use only and should not be shared. Always log out after each session.

Changes to Services: To enhance our offerings, we regularly update our Services. Castvote may add, modify, or remove features or functionality at any time, with or without prior notice, depending on the nature of the updates.

BkSoft reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to our Services for any reason, including but not limited to maintenance, repairs, or upgrades. We will, if possible, provide notice before any suspension occurs.

The Sites and Services are managed and operated from within Ghana. BkSoft does not guarantee that the Sites and Services comply with the laws of jurisdictions outside Ghana. Individuals who choose to access the Sites or Services from other locations do so at their own discretion and bear the responsibility for adhering to applicable local laws.
